Life

He leads Wonda World in creating bespoke development projects in Accra’s most desirable neighborhoods, aimed at meeting the exact needs of the target market.

His portfolio includes over 400 units in some of Accra’s most impressive neighborhoods,

including East Legon, Cantonments, Airport, and Ambassadorial Ridge. He has led both Ghana and West Africa as a pioneer in town planning and urban development.

In addition to Nana Kwame Bediako ‘s residential and mixed-use developments, he also

recognizes the need for infrastructure development within Africa and has pioneered the

creation of Petronia City, which will provide a lifestyle for professionals working in Africa’s oil, gas, mining, and finance industries.

Developments

His landmark developments include Kwarleyz, a plush 43-apartment block in the Airport Residential Area.

His latest addition to Accra’s changing skyline is the 16-floor, mixed-use building (retail and

living space) structure under development on Osu Oxford street, near Danquah Circle, and designed by world celebrated architect Branco Cavaleiro.

Bediako’s audacious Petronia City project – a self-sustaining, master-planned, integrated

city being created on 2000 acres of land near Takoradi, -will have an industrial hub to serve

Ghana’s new oil and gas industry, complete with a golf course, several hotel and entertainment facilities, and large communal living spaces for over 30,000 residents.

The first phase of the project, the industrial park with free zone enclave is already underway.

Nana Kwame Bediako says it’s the stuff that dreams are made of; “It’s that kind of value

that one wants to leave behind for generations, that’s the spirit of entrepreneurship,” he quips

  • By age 21, he had made a million pounds for himself, selling scrap, steel and telecommunications material while in school at Waltham Forest College, UK.
  • He has a book in the works that he hopes will help “…make a million millionaires.”
  • He stumbled into the Real Estate business, when he rented an Accra premises to operate a highly successful night club. He subsequently bought the premises and later sold it for a tidy profit

Charity

In addition to his role at Wonda World Estates and Petronia City, Nana Kwame Bediako also

gives back to the community through The New Africa Foundation, a non-profit organization

that empowers a new generation of African leaders by promoting the Feed 10k Children

program and providing free or affordable housing opportunities for low-income families.

Nana Kwame Bediako, now Known as Freedom Jacob Caesar has acquired a $7 million

mansion in the heart of Bel-Air, a neighbourhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, USA.

The house is inspired by his visit to the Versace House in Italy.
